Microsoft Teams for Students!!
Dear Students,
I have set up a Teams account for all of my classes. All assignments and resources are located here as well. It is also a free app you can put on your phone/tablet and you can always access it free on the computer with your school log-in. Your first assignment on Teams will count for 10 extra credit points!! Spread the word! I'd love for more of our classes to get connected.

Welcome back! I hope everyone had a good Spring Break and enjoyed the break from schoolwork. Now we’re back to online learning and I’ll be taking grades and putting them into the on-line grade-book. Week of 10/21/19
We are learning about the Rise of Communism and Russian Revolution this week. We are going to finish the week with a fun Escape Room challenge reviewing WWI on Thursday and Friday.

Week of 10/14/19
We are learning about WWI/Treaty of Versailles this week. Students are working on a M.A.I.N. causes of WWI booklet, and WWI timeline during this early release week. Both are due Thursday (7th period) and Friday (6th period).
Week of 09/30/19
--I hope everyone had a great break! We will be learning about the countries of Germany, the United Kingdom, and Russia this week.
--Students were given their Unit 1 assessment scores last week. They were also given the retest on Friday for anyone who scored below a 70%. Students who scored above a 70% were given the option to try for a better score. --Students were given a review map activity (attached to the right) that they could complete over break. If they complete it and turn it in, it will replace their lowest test score in the grade-book. I encourage them to get it done! --Many students still have missing work and it is hurting their grades badly. Please hand in all missing work as soon as possible! The quarter ends on October 11 and I won't be able to accept missing work after that date. Monday-- Learning Target: The students will compare and contrast Germany, the United Kingdom, and Russia. Lesson: guided notes and PPT introducing the three countries. Tuesday-- Learning Target: The students will compare and contrast Germany, the United Kingdom, and Russia.
